About FLEX
The Fostering Legal Excellence or FLEX Foundation is a Pre-Professional Accelerator (PPA) dedicated to fostering legal excellence by training high school and college students with the technical skills and professional access to excel in the legal field. Through trial advocacy simulation, professional integration, and structured mentorship, we bridge the gap between academic learning and legal readiness, we ensure our FLEX Fellows have access to the tools and networks necessary for success and to continue to exemplify excellence.

Executive Director - Jasmine Berry
Our Executive Director Jasmine Berry brings over a decade of experience in operations and student-centered educational programming. She leverages this expertise and her love for the sport of mock trial to execute FLEX’s unique vision of preparing a brighter, more equitable legal future for us all.
